Dr. Meleski believes that sleep and brain wave fitness are the third leg of wellness. Brain and sleep research in the past two decades illustrates the importance of sleep to improving your health. Brain wave fitness provides many new skills and techniques to improve focus, memory, and creativity.

Gudjon has published more than 15 books on stress management and will share his expertise and stories of how stress impacts our life. Starting as a yoga instructor, Gudjon has gone way beyond techniques to create a complete framework for stress management. He teaches internationally and is in high demand as a presenter.
